The following conditions apply if a contract has been made verbally or in writing. The hirer will be deemed responsible for all passengers and their actions.
Quotes are based on the shortest distance unless a specific route has been requested. Any variation in route or additional stops must be agreed before day of departure. All quotes given are on the condition the company has a suitable vehicle available at the time the quotation is accepted. Quotes will be valid for 30 days.
3. Use Of Vehicle During Hire
Vehicles will not be available between time of departure and time of return unless requested at the time of hire. The vehicle will depart at the times given by the hirer and the hirer is responsible for making sure all passengers are on time.
A deposit will be chargeable (notified at time of booking) and payment will be required in full 7 days before the day of hire. Failure to pay deposit by agreed date will result in booking being cancelled.
5. Amendments to Hire
Amendments to your booking are allowed no more than 14 days before the hire. An amendment is a change to your booking as listed below and the charges listed will apply.
- Increase in number of pick-up points – starts from £10
- Increase of return time – £20 per hour (to be paid to the driver at time of arranging, subject to office approval)
- Change of vehicle (increase size of coach) SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY – £15
- Change of vehicle (decrease size of coach) SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY – £40
6. Cancellation of Hire
In the event of cancellation by the hirer the following charges will apply:

If the company cancels hire they may return all money paid without any liability. If cancelled due to bad weather, refund is at the discretion of the company.
In the event of a breakdown the company reserve the right to supply an alternative coach. Any delay longer than 3 hours and the company will refund 20% of the cost of hire.
8. Behaviour of Passengers
Drivers are responsible for the safety of the vehicle and may ask any passenger to leave the coach if they are causing a distraction and endangering safety. Any damage caused by passengers will be the responsibility of the hirer.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited and may be confiscated until the coach reaches its destination or passengers may be asked to leave the coach. Any passenger travelling under the influence of alcohol who is sick will be charged £30 to cover cleaning.
Complaints should be made to the office by phone or in writing within 7 days of the hire.
Within 30 days prior to the hire the company reserve the right to pass on any increases in fuel or taxes to the hirer. If the hirer wishes they can cancel the hire at the time of notification otherwise company will assume increased charge is accepted.
